30-Day Money Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to our clients under the following conditions:

  1. Failure to Fulfill Obligations: If, within the first 30 days of engagement, BakFit fails to fulfill its obligations as outlined in the coaching agreement, including but not limited to missed sessions, incomplete coaching plans, or inadequate support, clients may request a refund.

  2. Mistakes from Our Side: If BakFit commits errors such as tardiness, failure to deliver promised services, or other breaches of contractual obligations, clients are entitled to a refund.

Refund Exclusions: Please note that refunds are NOT available under the following circumstances:

  1. Client Initiated Cancellations: Once payment is made, refunds are not available for reasons unrelated to BakFit's performance. This includes but is not limited to changes in personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with progress, or simply changing one's mind.

  2. Completed Services: Refunds are not provided for services that have already been rendered and completed within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Money Back Guarantee for Lack of Results: In addition to the conditions outlined in our refund policy, BakFit offers a money-back guarantee if the client has diligently applied all coaching recommendations, attended all scheduled sessions, and followed the prescribed program, yet has not achieved any significant improvement in their fitness or wellness goals.

To qualify for this guarantee, clients must:

  • Provide documented evidence of adherence to the coaching program, including completed assignments, attendance records, and any other relevant documentation as requested by BakFit.
  • Participate in a thorough evaluation process conducted by BakFit to assess the effectiveness of the coaching program and the client's adherence to it.
  • If, after the evaluation, it is determined that the client has fulfilled all requirements but has not experienced the expected results, a refund may be issued at the discretion of BakFit.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund under the conditions outlined above, clients must submit a formal request via email to bader_al-khateeb@hotmail.com . The request should include details of the issue or dissatisfaction and any supporting documentation.

Refund Processing: Upon receipt of a valid refund request, BakFit will assess the claim and determine eligibility for a refund within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
