who IS BAKFIT ?

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer in Montreal, Canada. I have always been passionate about fitness and helping others, to the point where, growing up, I would skip classes to spend more time in the gym and studying more about training and nutrition. I fortunately let that passion drive me in every aspect of life such as training myself or training students either in person or online and meal prepping healthy food, which hasn't stopped me from enjoying quality time with friends & family and trips to the beach.

Throughout my collaborations with a variety of gyms, my driving force has been to help people reach their goals, and their success has always been the best part of my job. Indeed, it's by seeing the positive impact I could have on people's lives that I decided to complete my education and pursue my career as a Personal Trainer. I am energetic and adventurous, always moving and pushing limits. My philosophy is that fitness is a key to make you feel better, healthier & happier about all other aspects in your life.
